IAN Centre for Rehabilitation of Torture Victims organised a press conference and a public performance in order to commemorate the 26th of June, UN International Day in Support of Victims of Torture.
In cooperation with Global Initiative on Psychiatry, a non-governmental organization based in Netherlands, IAN center on mental health and HIV/AIDS published brochures from the series .
The Gates Award has been established to recognize an organization yearly that has made a major and lasting contribution to the field of global health and has substantively improved the health and the lives of people in need.
IAN had the honour to welcome Mr Vladimir Spidla, EC Commissioner for Employment, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities and the Ambassador Josep M. Lloveras, Head of the EC Delegation to Serbia.

On 10th October 2007 the most successful participants of the professional education programme for refugees implemented by the International Aid Network IAN have been awarded certificates for the knowledge acquired in several areas.
