IAN Legal advisers offer oral and written legal aid both in the office and in the field related to various legal issues such as:

• repossession and restitution of property
• pensions and realization of other social rights
• status regulation - dual citizenship
• obtaining documents from CRO
• temporary accommodation in Serbia
• urgencies, complaints, requests and other written applications to the relevant organs and institutions regarding legal protection
• information and assistance related to visits to the pre-war homes, organized return and transport of property
• advice and assistance with registration of the fact of birth, marriage, death, property acquisition, etc.
